30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At The Spooktacular Bootique, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we ask that you please review sizing, colors, and personalization carefully before placing your order. Please note: Because our apparel is printed specifically for each order, we do not resell returned merchandise. This allows us to maintain quality while keeping our designs available in a wide variety of styles and sizes.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery only for:

  • Items that arrive damaged
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received
  • Incorrect size received due to our error

If your order arrives with one of these issues, please contact us within 30 days and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

In most cases, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.


Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items when:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • You received the wrong size due to our fulfillment error.
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective.

If you ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind, we are unable to offer exchanges since each item is printed specifically for your order.

Please refer to the size chart before purchasing.


Refunds

Refunds are offered only when:

  • A replacement cannot be provided.
  • The item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly fulfilled.
  • Your order is lost in transit and cannot be replaced.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.


Non-Returnable Items

Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Color preference
  • Accidental orders
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Sale or clearance merchandise

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin production quickly.

If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order. While we'll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.


Shipping Issues

If your package appears lost, damaged during shipping, or marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to find the best solution.


Our Promise

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right because of an error on our end, we'll make it right.


Handmade & Ready-to-Ship Items

Some products are handmade or stocked in-house rather than made to order. These items may be eligible for return within 30 days if they are unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error fulfilling your order.
