Many of our products are made to order or handcrafted with care. Because of this, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the item purchased.


Order Processing

Most orders begin processing within 1–5 business days.

Made-to-order apparel and other custom products may require additional production time before shipment.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We're a small business. Please be patient with us.


Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.


Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners and may ship products from different locations, your order may arrive in separate packages.

If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.


Tracking Information

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship every order promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Holidays

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Natural disasters

  • High shipping volume

  • Events beyond our control

We appreciate your patience should these situations occur.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the package must be re-shipped.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered production or has been shipped.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Whenever possible, include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We'll work with our fulfillment partner and shipping carrier to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.


International Shipping

International shipping may be available on select products.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.

Delivery times for international orders may vary.
